If your spouse spends a lot of time with friends, you can go with him every once in a while. This will give you an opportunity to get to know them better and break the monotony of routine.

  • Redecorate your home

Have you had the same décor for years? Redecorating your home is a fun activity that you can undertake as a couple every few years. It provides a great opportunity for both of you to show case your tastes.

  • Weekend Getaway

Nothing says “change in routine” like a weekend get away with your spouse. Getaways are great for couples who are looking to spend time away from work and the kids.
